About this subsidiary

Business & opportunity

Ubiqui Agro Grow brings production, grower participation and buyer demand into one agriculture platform. Its mandate combines controlled-environment farming with a digital marketplace, agricultural analytics and farmer training.

The commercialization strategy focuses on reliable institutional supply rather than isolated produce sales. Production capacity, input access, grading and logistics are intended to support repeat orders and a more resilient food supply chain.

Role in the ecosystem

Links food production to VB Naturals inputs, Energen infrastructure and UBi Tours agri-tourism. Jamaica and Guyana are identified in the group operating roadmap.

Customers & partners
Growers, hotels, processors and institutional produce buyers.
Commercial & funding model
Proposed income channels include produce sales, contracted supply, agricultural inputs and related services. Contract volumes and margins require verification.
Investor documents
The 2026 equity portfolio is available to authorized investors and partners. Subsidiary financing is separate from the parent programme; management valuation references are indicative, not independently audited.

Execution priorities

  • Commercialize production and buyer contracts
  • Strengthen packhouse, cold chain and grower onboarding
  • Validate regional supply corridors before expansion

Due diligence considerations

  • Production capacity, crop yields and signed offtake
  • Land tenure, logistics and climate-finance conditions
  • Board selection between the portfolio's two equity pricing cases
